Tracy P.

Full-time DNP student

After receiving my bachelor's, I started helping out at Walsh with clinicals, which spurred me to consider getting involved in education. Obtaining a doctorate will help me achieve that goal and allow me to be more of a clinical expert.

I'm used to the traditional classroom setting, so adjusting to the online format was bit of a challenge. But so far it's been a great fit, especially with my hectic schedule - I work full-time, and I still teach, plus I have an 18-month-old. The online structure has definitely been beneficial in that regard because it allows me to access the course materials whenever I need to.

Being involved in campus life at Walsh has been instrumental in my success at Walsh. I have met so many amazing people, found passions I never thought I could be good at, and grown so much as a leader, student, and person.

FAQ (Accordions)

Information obtained from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) will determine what federal and state aid the student is eligible to receive. The information required to complete the FAFSA is based on both parent and student tax information. All of the universities listed on the FAFSA form will automatically receive the student's FAFSA results. Completing the FAFSA each year is required to apply for federal and state aid, including federal loans.
