Your Home Away From Home
Did you know that students who live on campus typically earn a higher GPA and are more likely to have a happier university experience than those who commute? At Walsh University, our residence halls are designed to keep students connected to campus and provide an enjoyable university experience. Convenience, comfort, and safety are hallmarks of our residence areas.
Walsh University offers many different housing options to accommodate students. Each facility offers its own unique living environment and amenities including computer labs, vending machines, laundry facilities, study areas, and TV lounges. Each room has high-speed internet connectivity, phone and voicemail service, and includes a basic extended cable package at no additional cost to the standard housing charge.
Residence Life is committed to cultivating a values-based, living-learning experience grounded in the mission of Walsh University. We focus on the holistic development of our students, supporting their academic achievement, campus involvement and personal development. We strive to create residential living that promotes community, faith, acceptance, respect, and responsibility.

Being at Walsh is like a ripple effect. You are interested in one activity on campus and then it leads to another club, and another position, and as the ripples go out, doors open. If you ask one question, people are there with an answer. People will go above and beyond what you are looking for. I have encountered many ripple effects while at Walsh, but one of the biggest ones was becoming a Resident Assistant. As I met people within Student Affairs through Residence Life, I applied for a summer job with Student Affairs and found a whole new world of education that I did not know existed.
